This was a massive overhaul in order to meet the new requirements but we truly believe this will take our business forward in a more positive way. We went back to basics to decide what we really stood for and where we want to be going forward and decided our new vision would be “Carter Ceilings are committed to making what we have better, by improving communication and assessing management and employees in order to maintain and build relationships. This in turn will result in increased profitability/prosperity” We believe by implementing this new management system that we will be able to provide a better service and meet or exceed our clients expectations.
